EXTRA INDEPENDENT CHALLENGE $1$

You work for a local car dealership. Until recently, your dealership was the top seller of T Sports Cars in the state. When the manufacturer T Sports decided not to continue making sports cars, sales dropped off significantly. You have been asked to use decision support tools to show potential car buyers what they gain when buying a T Sports Car compared to another brand. Based on your own personal information, complete the following steps to make the purchase decision. Include the information in a presentation. Submit the presentation to your instructor as requested.

a$.$ In a document or spreadsheet, list any money you have saved to buy a new car.

b$.$ List the factors that are important to you, such as price, color, features, two door, engine size, reliability, and so on$.$ These are your decision criteria.

c$.$ Rank how important each factor is in your decision.

d$.$ Assign weights to each factor according to your rankings.

e$.$ Gather information about available cars using online resources. In other words, compare each car against the criteria you selected.

f$.$ The car with the highest score is the one you should purchase.
