After the planning stage, the most crucial stage is to implement the strategies and approaches designed above. For this task, you have to develop an implementation plan to put through the strategies and approaches developed in the previous tasks in action.

You have to the discuss your plan and steps to implement the following:

• Partnership activities designed to cultivate collaborative partnerships in the organisation
• Mechanism developed to communicate with partners and stakeholders
• Strategy designed to improve commitment and contribution of staff and stakeholders
• Reporting system developed to review and analyse results of partnership activities
• Improvements identified on the basis of the reporting system
