Scoring Guideline:

• At least 5 process improvements
• Match each process improvement with the step(s) or decision(s) in the Current Process Flow.
• Describe how each change could improve the quality of your next Group Project submission.
• Impact and feasibility of each process improvement
• Overall Presentation.

Part C To-Be Process Flow.

In the same PowerPoint, draw the To-Be Process base on Part A and Part B. Highlight each process improvement.

The To-Be Process Flow is based on the changes you identified in Part B and is expected to improve the quality of your next Group Project submission and hopefully better score.

• Include all process improvements identify in Part B (must be at least 5)
