Part A: Lesson Plan

design a lesson plan for your training session. The lesson plan should be written so that another trainer could pick up your instructions and deliver the 30-minute session.This means you need to provide significant guidance in terms of what to do and how to set up the activities. Your lesson plan will include the following components:

1. Chart outline of session that provides information about:

• An overview of each activity planned
• The time allotted for the activity
• Detailed instructions on how to facilitate the activity (remember, enough detail for someone else to lead the session)
• Material(s) required for the activity
• Any other relevant information that would assist the trainer in implementing the activity

1. The learning objectives for the session
2. A copy of the trainee evaluation tool(s) used in the training delivery
3. A copy of the handout(s) provided to the participants
