Part A - Scenario You are working on a project which is doing a refit of a restaurant. The restaurant has closed for 4 weeks to allow full access to the premises for all equipment and fittings to be removed and replaced. The project is using a number of contractors to complete the various tasks in the project. These include removalists, demolition team, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, etc. Timeframes are very tight to meet the 4 week timeline and are reliant on everyone completing their tasks on the date scheduled. Question 1: Analysing the information provided in the scenario, identify 3 key requirements of the project. Identify 3 additional pieces of information you need to commence a communication plan and why you need this information. 2.1 Identify, gather and analyse project information Question 2: With this project you will spend a lot of time onsite and out of the office. Explain: where the project documentation and project resources will be stored for easy access, and if users will need to be given access how you will ensure the data is secure how will the data will be auditable? 2.3 Store information and confirm data is secure and auditable PE - contribute to project information management and communications techniques during at least two different projects. KE - information security Question 3: Based on your answer to question 2, document the process that you will email to stakeholders so they can access all the project documentation they require. Include in your answer: how they will access the storage area eg. link to cloud drive which requires a username and password, when will they receive access to the storage area, what stakeholders will have access to edit documentation and who will only be able to view, what organisational policies and procedures the process adheres to in the organisation.
