Wilson Brothers and the UFCW had successfully negotiated 2 other Collective agreements of 2 years each. This will be the 3^rd, however, this time around, negotiations are not going so well. The union is looking for better wages, job security and a voice in the Company. Bargaining Power influences the outcome of collective negotiations.
