Part C: Develop Change Management Plan

For this task you need to develop a Change Management Plan using the following organisational template. You also need to follow organisational project management policy and procedures to complete the task.

When developing the change management plan, you are required to:

Develop a schedule action based on the priority of the proposed changes. $($PC $3\mathrm{.}1$ and $3\mathrm{.}2)$
