Information obtained from the client

Land purchases: Already done, thus immediately before design and preconstruction activities started. Intended time for designs/preconstruction works: 6 months.

Construction completion periods: See Table 1.

Expected economic life of the buildings = 25 years; assets to be sold at the end of indicated life; also assets expected to be in average condition at the end of the indicated life.

Estimated annual expenses = 25-45%of rental income over the life of the building. Clients will welcome engineering/architectural solutions which can reduce these costs.

Periodic expenses= 1.5%-5% of initial building costs every 10 years over the life of the building.
