Part I: Data Dictionaries

A) Define data structure for ticketing systems which involve customers, technicians, and problems. (Note: you should just define a very simple problem which includes status information, problem definition, customer, technician(s), etc.) Be sure to list all composite and atomic structures involved

B) For the data structures listed in question 1, define the elements including constraints on the values (if any).
