A Software company is planning to embrace the hybrid working arrangement for its employees. There are identified factors that support and oppose the change so management would like to weigh these and see if they can push through with the plan. Companies can to conduct a force field analysis before they implement changes in business process. This allows you to list the driving forces and restraining forces that you and your teammates have identified. It also lets you incorporate a corresponding score to each identified force and use the result in deciding whether or not a change should be implemented and add other notes or recommendation before completing the analysis with the signature. It is required to use the strategical change to make the companies in better condition. This nature and extend to change needs to be studied.
