PART ONE: ACCESS SCHEDULE TEMPLATES

We will be using a Google Slides template to build a calendar of our planned schedule for week three. Please utilize what you read in the textbook as well as the directions below.

You can access your Google Slide planner templates here:

https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1UmHnLRbl2Id8MOn3lMCXwivRyds3pWxOSK1-HfsoaL0/copy

Please click "Make a Copy" when prompted.

PART TWO: BUILD A SCHEDULE

WHEN YOU GET TO THE TEMPLATE, FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO BUILD YOUR WEEKLY SCHEDULE:

STEP ONE: Look through all of the templates. Choose the one that you like the best. Either move that to slide two or delete the other slides.

STEP TWO: Plan out the next week of the semester. Make sure to include:

    • The correct dates
    • All events that you HAVE to do (go to class, go to work, eat meals, sleep, etc.) with estimated times
    • All events that you WANT to do (see friends or family, events, relaxing, working out, etc.) with estimated times
    • Note that some things I consider "have to" or "want to" you might think belong in the opposite category. That is OK! It is up to you to categorize "have" and "want"

STEP THREE: Submit the link to this to me. Make sure to click "share" and where it says "Get Link" change to "Anyone with the link" can view. If it is submitted but I do not have access to view it, it will be marked late. Make sure to answer the reflection questions, also.

STEP FOUR: Follow your schedule, noting when things go as planned and when they do not. We will reflect on this at the end of the week.
