Part Two:

An organization has completed an audit of ethnic identities in the Accounting department. The audit reveals that applicants that identify as Asian are the most populous group in the department with the following breakdown Asian: 5 Hispanic: 2 White: 3 African American: 1 Which groups (if any) have suffered an adverse impact? Please include an explanation of how you determined whether or not there was adverse impact. What hiring policy would you suggest the organization adopt if there has indeed been an adverse impact? Be sure not to recommend a policy that would be in violation of current U.S. labor laws or induce an adverse impact to another group.
