Identify five topics for a training program based on those gaps and indicate how you would train for those topics.

Part Two:

Develop criteria for your training program $($one per training topic$)$ to address the topics you identified in Part One $($review Unit $6,$ if necessary$).$ Explain how each criterion will help you assess the effectiveness of the training on each respective topic.

Next, develop an assessment to test if those criteria were met by the training program $(1015$ questions$).$

Finally, examine how validity and reliability influenced your design and questions.
