We face a waiting line in every service provided by companies or shops, and it becomes a part of our life to wait for the service we are requiring. The services could be in restaurants, hospitals, government offices, schools, etc. One of the waiting line situations could be the DMV waiting line, whether to updates your address or to register your car. The waiting in there is multiple server services. A multiple-server waiting line consists of two or more servers that are assumed to be identical in terms of service capability (Anderson et al., 2016). To improve the system's structure, I would recommend changing it into a single-server waiting line, where the waiting time is a little bit shorter. According to Anderson et al.
