Question Oren opens a computer and software manufacturing company called "Orange Computers." Initially, he purchases the Internet domain www.orange.net and operates his company's website off that space. Later, the company becomes very famous and successful. Samantha, sensing an opportunity, quickly registers the domain name www.orangecomputers.com and operates an insignificant site at that address. She then turns around and offers to sell the domain name to Oren for the "reasonable" price of $500,000. If Oren does not want other people to confuse his company with Samantha's site, does Oren have any remedies other than to pay the $500,000? Explain
