Patricia called the advertised number and spoke to Phuong Chi (Phuong). Patricia then asked Phuong whether the camera comes with a case. Phuong said it did but that the case was gifted to him by his late grandmother and if he ever decided to sell the case, with camera, he would charge an extra $300. Patricia then agreed to purchase the camera and case for $1,500. Phuong then gave Patricia directions to his home. When Patricia arrived at Phuongs home Patricia handed Phuong $1,200 explaining that she no longer wished to purchase the case. Phuong refused to take Patricias money and said the agreement was for the camera and case.
