"A coffee shop" (Named as "Coffee Point")
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES:
Selling of both coffee and tea along with some snacks on fast delivery. Our services are mainly concentrated, to maintain a healthy and friendly relationship between our customers. We are availing our services from 7 am to 6 pm, Sunday to Saturday.
The following are the list of products that we are going to sell in our Coffee point:
Coffees:
Normal coffee, Organic coffee, Cold Coffee, Black coffee, Chocolate coffee, White coffee
Other drinks:
Cappuccino, Americano, Normal tea (Black tea and Milk tea), Breve, Juices
Snacks:
Cookies, Sandwiches, Burger, Biscuits, Chopped fruits.
UNIQUENESS:
The uniqueness of the coffee spot is "We are using the temporary cups (Biscuits cups) for serving all the products in our shop. So the customer can also have the cup and eat it (Just like the ice cream cups). Which will remain our shop eco-friendly and attract more customers. The question of wastage of food is not arising in our business. Healthy conscious customers were serving organic tea and coffees.
COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE:
Due to COVID-19, our government is giving priority to social distancing. Here we have already arranged the dining as per the covid protocol. And the major competitive advantage is, we are serving coffees on biscuit cups, it is not reusable, because the customer is having it after completion of the coffee drink. So they are not worried about serving on cups and plates that were used for another customer. These all services are providing on a reasonable price range. And also, at a 10km of a circle, we are providing the delivery services. Customers can place an order or either book through our website.
All the above help us to stand beyond our competitors in the market.
