• Adaptability (able to cope with change), handling stress, dealing with criticism, problem solving skills, demonstrating cultural and physical adaptability, 

• Multiple intelligences, 

• Emotional intelligence (maturity), 

• Personality measures (openness, emotional stability, consciousness, agreeableness), 

• Citizenship performance.
