Persad recently joined support for the Adlee taking on the role of a team leader Prasad has recently moved to Australia from India he was very pleased that his experience with other people in need in India has been recognised and he could get employed in a team leaders role Prasad had been employed in India for over $15$ years during which time he campaign for older peoples rights and made many roads into the care and protection of the other people across the country that was known to be a skilled and delegated social worker after settling into his new role for notice some of his team members making quite jokes when he was around the office some could giggle or quietly laugh when he could speak and do silent movements ridiculously his natural justice during lunchtimes for south overhead some of the team mention his name and put on an Indian accent and during the conversation this happened more obviously when Prasad was giving the team updates during that weekly catch ups one of the team members band started to send emails to the rest of the team with jokes and comical images about the Indian culture when Prasad attempted to ignore this job about him he also noticed that the responsiveness of his team declined they were not supportive for his request and liked the team corporation and royalty that he needed to get tax task done begin to lose his confined confidence with his new role and team member he fell humiliated because of his culture and ethical background he could not understand why his team were not as well as he expected they could not make him comfortable in his role as their team started to withdraw his interaction with the team overtime cancelling meetings and confining his communication to emails rather than face$-$to$-$face discussion the job support Prasad failed to lease and became targeted at his behaviour he became agitated and depressed until he completely withdraw himself from the workplace and least working due to increasing stress but that was also homesick all of his family and friends back in India okay study would you need to obtain legal advice for this situation explain your response
