Prasad recently joined support for the Adly talking taking on the role of the member Prasad has recently moved to Australia from India he was very pleased that his experience with older people in India has been recognised and he could get employment in the team leaders role Persad had been employed in India over $15$ years during which time he campaigned for elder peoples rights and made many InRoads into the care and protection of the all the people across the country person was known to be scaled and delegated social worker after settling into his new role Persad notice some of the members making quite jokes when he was around the office some good giggle or quietly laugh when they could speak and do silent movements ridiculing his natural guest justice during lunchtime Prasad of had some of the dimension his name and put on an Indian accent during their conversation this happens more obviously leave and Prasad was giving the team updates during their weekly catch ups one of the team members been started to send regular emails to the rest of the team with jokes and comical images about the Indian culture when Prasad attempted to ignore these jokes about him he also noticed and responsive Ness of his team declined they were not supportive of his request and lack the team of corporation and royalty that he needs to get done Prasad begin to lose his confidence with his new role and team leadership he felt humiliated because of his culture ethic background and he could not understand why his team were not as welcoming as he expected they did not make him comfortable in his role as their team leader but sad started to withdraw his interaction with the team overtime cancelling meeting and confining his communication to emails rather than face$-$to$-$face discussion the jokes about Prasad failed to cease and become targeted at his withdrawn behaviour he become agitated and depressed until he completely withdrew himself from the workplace and least working due to increasing stress was also homesick all of his family and friends recited back in India described the implications such as risk consequences and penalties that could occur as a result of this situation for both employee and employer
