Personal Business Plan

Students will write a Personal Business Plan (PBP) and highlight how entrepreneurship and innovation could play a role in their personal and career paths

Note* Cover under following kind of information in your project

1. Name of the company or Business

• Select the right name which demonstrate your business activities
• The Name which is available
• The name is easy to save in memory
• Not be in a local langue as for international business

2. The Main activity of your Business

• Write the list of projects or activities
• Which product or activity make you special
• The General feature of your product / services of your business
• efficacy of your products

3. Vision Statement

• A Vision statement outlines WHERE you want to be in the future. Communicates both the purpose and values of your business.

4. Your strategy: (A strategy for your business life over the next three to five years.)

• and the specific actions you plan to take to implement it. What goals do you have for your business? When and how will you reach your goals? how you plan to make your business to be a successful.

5. Mission Statement

• It lists the broad goals for which the organization is formed. Its prime function is internal; to define the key measure or measures of the organization's success and its prime audience is the leadership, team and stockholders. What do we do today? For whom do we do it? What is the benefit? Why we do, what we do, in other way What, For Whom and Why?

6. Values of the Organization:

7. Capital / Finance Positioning Statement

• Financing stages and the Entrepreneur
• Cash amount needed and purpose
• Sources of Capital

• Insert about Target Market,

9. Team Building

Recruiting Team

• The student identifies the Key Aspects of Leading an Entrepreneurial Team.
• Student need to identifies that the cultures of team members how to impact on their ability to function as teamwork.

• Identify the experts that would help and inspire you

10. Indicators of Success

• How do you define success?
• Identify the progress in numbers
• How will you measure/determine if you have successfully attained these milestones?

11. Strategic Plan

I want to be renowned as a social worker and if people are helping me in my social cause and encouraging me then it would be my career success.
