It is important that you recognize that your behavior can/should be adjusted to address the downfalls of others to meet the needs of everyone within your team.

Teams can run more smoothly when teammates make adjustments with their own behaviors to help address downfalls of others on their team. One way that we can do this is to recognize the personalities of people (including yourself) on our teams and make adjustments to our own behavior based on the personalities. Therefore:
