Background

You implemented the new system at New Century Wellness Group successfully, and the staff has used the system for nearly four months. Overall, New Century is very pleased with the improvements in efficiency, office productivity, and patient satisfaction.

CRM is also working as expected and New Century has been able to add several companies that want to take advantage of their Wellness Training for their employees.

The New Wellness Training System is also working just fine. New Century now wants to add the capability to offer training as part of another Wellness Group training/courses. The Local YMCA has a comprehensive package of courses and New Century wants to be able to send folks to classes there and other similar places. But also, to track their participation through their own New Wellness Training System to record their activity and progress.

Finally, HIPAA has added some requirements for New Century Wellness and you will be helping them with compliance.
