During this time in a project, the team attends meetings to ascertain the project status, discuss issues, and monitor the progress of the project. In order to measure the project progress, certain plans should be created ahead of time to be used during the monitoring phase. The plans may include among others, a communication plan, a risk mitigation plan, and a change management plan.

Choose two from the list of a communication plan, a risk mitigation plan, and$/$or a change management plan to research and create. Create the two plans based on the Painting at JWU project. Create the two plans and upload them as attachments to your submission. Discuss what the plan is$,$ why you chose it$,$ and how it would benefit the team on the painting project.

Scenario:

Pretend that you are the owner of a company that performs interior painting services.
