Pick a hand tool where a user is having a poor posture for his body/hand while using it. And do the following

1.1 Define the selected tool

1.2 Do task analysis(steps involved when using the selected tool, timing for each and associate each step with image illustrating it )

1.3 Identify most awkward posture that the user will have while using tool

1.4 Analyze risk and find its score for the posture in 1.3 , use REBA or RULA depending on whether the tool is used when seated or standing

1.5 Suggested modification to reduce the risk and avoid poor posture in 1.3. 1.6 Recalculated the estimated risk after proposed implementation of suggestion
