"According to recent findings, 50% of customers are not satisfied with the amount of space on the plane. Indeed, over half the customers (68%) found the seats too cramped. Almost a third of the passengers complained that the company was often late.

The score breakdown reveals that while the staff is largely appreciated (with a score of 7.7 out of 10) and while the cleanliness of the planes are not an issue, onboard entertainment and comfort are problematic issues that should be addressed. Passengers should also be given better food and better onboard entertainment. It is suggested that the space between seats be increased by 20cm."
