The following is bay # 55 (54) 53 of M/V Ozark which is to berth at Port Blacklist (PBL).

The vessel will be loaded with containers destined for first, Port Gemini (PGI) and then on to Port Invader (PIV).

The specifications of the ship are as follows:

No reefer plugs are in the hatch (hold)

Reefer units cannot be loaded beyond the second tier

Maximum weight for each stack (row) below deck is 50t

Maximum weight for each stack (row) on deck is 100t

For Stability Port side and Starboard side should not exceed (+/- 5 tons) for each Port

a. Prepare appropriate pre-stow (outline plan) based on the port rotation given (10 marks)

b. For Stability of the First and Second Ports (+/- 5 tons) 5 marks each (10 marks)

c. Plan the bay properly so that no restow (re-handling) of cargo is required,

(write the container numbers in the bay position ensuring that the number, size, type, weights, cell addresses and POD

(port of destination) are reflected. (20 marks)
