Each group willcreate components of an updated strategy for the Digital Dentistry Division including:

1. A value proposition that describes the contribution theDivision makes toSorriso.This is not a classic market customer approach based on product and services to the end-customer but more closely aligned to a B to B value proposition.
2. Modify/develop four goals one each for the categories; Engaged People, Operations Excellence, Financial Performance, and Innovation and Growth.
3. Describe implications for organization design and propose structural changes as needed.
4. Develop modified/new metrics to track progress against the new/revised goals.
5. Describe an approach to cascading these changes and modifying unit level planning.
6. Identify change implications and describe actions to support success and engage employees.

You may add pages/modify this template as needed.You may also create the deliverables (i.e., goal statements) using specialization and/or other relevant models from your experience/relevant sources as long as the final product reflects Specialization concepts.
