Planning is extremely important when developing and facilitating a group. Taking into consideration the homework questions from this week, share with your classmates how you intend on planning and facilitating a successful group. (This does not have to be the group you plan on facilitating online at the end of the semester).

I also want you to discuss what you are looking for in team mates... (availability, communication, like-minded, strong writer, good presenter, etc...) There will be 3 teams, please see below. This is who you will be working with for your presentation. The number above your name is the group you are in. This is a week that is going to require a significant amount of discussion amongst you and your classmates. Please use the time to get comfortable with each other. Exchange contact information and begin to lay the foundation for working in your group.
