Pleading Assignment I represent a client in the Osceola County Jail by the name of Dondi Mitchell in CF16-3175.[1] I visited him at the Osceola Jail yesterday and boy did I get an earful. He wants me to file a Motion for him to be released. I explained to him that he already has a bond of $100,000.00. He said because he had been in the jail for over 30 days and the state has not filed formal charges against him he should automatically get released all I have to do is ask for it. I have never heard of that but stranger things have happened. Go ahead and draft a motion for me asking for him to be released on his own recognizance since he has been in jail over 30 days. Make sure you include the case, statute, or whatever, to support what he is talking about. [1] Dondi is actually already out of jail but you can still write the motion for me
