INTRODUCTION

Peleton Interactive Inc. (Peleton) is a fitness company looking to expand its business by building its first US factory. The company reached out to seek the group's insights and recommendations on finding out how the decision might impact the company and its goal of achieving global market success.

OBJECTIVES

The client (Peleton) asked the group to consider all the possibilities and provided all the relevant information concerning their business including their financial statements, competitors, market information, etc. The company expects the group to use careful analysis, critical thinking, and their use of expertise in determining what is the best course of action for its problem. Through the application of their expertise and years of experience, the group could help Peleton analyze all the information and help the company take advantage of its strengths and maximize its potential while minimizing the chances or risk of being at a loss. The project's success will be beneficial for both parties because Peleton will get a recommendation from the group based on a comprehensive review of all factors affecting their business while the group could gain more experience and more potential clients in the future through shared networks.

ACTION PLAN

In order to address the case, the group has come up with a plan to accomplish the job in a more efficient manner. The group agreed to communicate and brainstorm through Microsoft Teams, where everyone can easily share and access files and information. Moreover, the group will divide the project into smaller tasks and distribute them to everyone based on their skills to ensure quality and excellence. Part of the tasks that the group will accomplish includes a lot of researching and analyzing the information given such as identifying what type of Business Peloton is, how long the company has been operating, getting to know its competitors, doing different kinds of analyses, coming up with potential solutions, weighing the options and determining the best course of action based on the problem.

CONTINGENCY PLAN

Life as a college student needs to balance schoolwork, part-time jobs, and relationships with loved ones. As the mid of the semester comes up quickly, students juggle a lot; sometimes, it is too heavy to carry and doesn't work the way we planned. The team makes the decision and distributes and assigns the tasks to the respective person competent with the specific analysis. However, as many uncertain things happen, the team needs to have a backup plan when the assigned person fails to perform her task or unanticipated things happen.
