Your executives asked you to investigate an ERP system to implement to your company. You want to be successfull for this new transformation project and you want to start to investigation ASAP.

Your challenges:

• You have limited employee to use ERP systems
• Your executives have no knowledge about ERP implementation Project
• You are alone in IT department for this Project (You have 1 analyst and 1 developer but they are working for specific processes. They have no experience about ERP systems)
• You have too limited time (about 5 months you have to go live you will start this Project in July 2023)
