1. A producer of a circuit board requires highly reliable components. Two suppliers A and B offered to submit bids for these components (neither is aware of the other's bid). The producer does not consider the cost at the moment but is interested in the reliability metrics of the components. The suppliers provided the failure time distributions and their parameters.
