This week we are learning about Customer Support skills and quite honestly, the MOST important is "COMMUNICATION". Look at Activity 2-6 at the end of chapter 2 in the "Hands-on Activities" section. Answer all questions in the activity by Wednesday, then reply to at least two of your fellow classmates by the Module deadline.
