What is the current state of torts law and the Internet of Things? You should look into the current state of torts cases between individuals and IoT devices (or IoT-like devices, for example cars that companies can remotely disable when people don't pay their bills or smart medical devices like heart monitors that don't work as planned ) to help you with your response (please provide a link to external sources you use).
