1. Show step by step on how to install Nessus on the Virtual Machine. Then, show step-by-step how to do a vulnerability scan on Virtual Machine. Please tell step by step and please provide screenshots for help.

2. Show screenshots and written instructions on the process to harden the Virtual Machine. You must perform 10 specific hardening tasks. Please show screenshots for help.

3. Once hardened, you must enable auditing in your newly secured Virtual Machine. When auditing has been enabled, you must interact with a small number of files to generate audit events. You will then produce a report from the Virtual Machine auditing system which shows some of the actions your auditing policy captured (reads, writes, accesses, etc.). Please tell step by step instructions on how to do this. Please also show screenshots for help.

4. Research incident response tools and describe which tools you would use to acquire the following information from a Microsoft Windows endpoint machine during an incident investigation. Install and run the software on Virtual Machine to scan and produce a report and screenshot demonstrating at least 3 of the information below:

System Profile (Windows version, patch version, cpu, architecture, amount of ram, attacked storage, hostname, IP address info)

List of running processes

Memory capture

Scheduled jobs and startup tasks.

Event logs

Please provide screenshots to help because I really don't understand this and I need help.
