1) You work for a mid-sized oil company and are stationed in North Dakota. An oil spill occurred. Your foreman tells you to say nothing to anyone. The team is trying to clean things up but you fear it may effect the local water supply of the neighboring town. Ethically, do you speak with the local mayor, contact the media or call headquarters in Tulsa or simply do nothing? You need the job and, up to now, have had a good relationship with the foreman.
