Create an application that will accept and print information from the user similar to the output below. The user will enter his first name and last name, select age with ranges from 1-25, and gender with male and female options. The data entered will be displayed at the bottom part of the form when the Display button is clicked. The user also has the option to change data using the Clear button. Using Visual C#, create a similar program illustrated below.
