Write a Z schema called Power_On test that tests the components of the computer first before booting up. Set up the RUM schema to check that when the hardware is operating successfully then only the windows operating system can boot up. If not the error message will appear and the user will need to identify the problem and fix it before it starts. It would be better If the error messages are more precise. You can further developed this to handle the login scenario.
