c. Competing needs among stakeholders is a very common problem on projects. Discuss a project where youve had strong competing needs between stakeholders and discuss how you resolved the problem.

d. Describe culture shock. Have you ever experienced culture shock or had a project member that appeared to have this issue? How did you handle the situation?

e. Discuss the role of the project manager in dealing with diversity and cultural issues.
