Then we will meet in our Blackboard team site to discuss our individual performances and how we can improve. As a team, we know each other's desired goals we wish to achieve in the simulation. First is that each of us wants to achieve better results to overtake other opponents in them. To achieve these results, we need to make the right decisions in each of the sections, that is, how to properly distribute the budget in the store, restaurant, we need to think over if it is worth buying new equipment. We need to monitor our results and make conclusions where we made a mistake so that we don't repeat it again later. We want to learn how to work in a team. In study and at the workplace, it is important to have the ability to adapt to work together with others, and work in a way that is productive for all team members and to complete all set goals. In order to achieve harmony in a team, we have to keep in touch with each other it is necessary to discuss all strategies together and consider opinions of all participants. Improve everyone's skills. The team has specific roles for each member: for example, some may have good leadership skills and some are good at gathering information. As a team, we want to know our abilities to be able to correctly distribute roles among us because when each participant knows what tasks to perform, then the team will have fewer mistakes and disagreements. It is the synchronization of Human Resources. In that case, a good leader must be chosen. Achieve the highest result. When agreement is reached and the roles are distributed among members, we want to achieve the highest possible result, otherwise all efforts will be in vain. It is very key to have things organized in this course, whether it be notes or due dates. We don't want assignments and tests to come up unexpectedly. In Praxar, there are five major sections that we have to operate successfully in order to do well. In those sections we would need to organize the course maintenance cost, sales, restaurant sales, share value and rounds played. Utilizing the group site for teamwork. The group site is very key in this course in order to be successful in teamwork for all four of us. This is the place where we communicate to each other on how to complete assignments. We can also share ideas and brainstorm through the discussion section. The group wiki is there to edit assignments and we can see who edited it and what time they have done it. Finally, the group collaborate section where we can have face to face interactions and be more precise in developing the ideas that will help us achieve the goals that we desire.
