Design a software application "Parking Vehicle Slot Counter System" using Logisim application on PC/Laptop. Description system: In the parking area at office A, there is a counter system that can count the number of incoming and outgoing vehicles. If there are vehicles that enter, the number of vehicles counters will increase, and if there are vehicles that leave, the counters will reduce the number of vehicles. The maximum number of vehicles that can be accommodated in the area is X vehicles. By the time the counter had gone reaches the maximum limit, the "Slot is Full" warning LED will light up. (12 < X < 17, select a value in the range).
