Prepare a report to cover following tasks. Tasks can be managed with secondary data, there's no requirement to gather primary data. You may use different newspaper articles, research articles, annual reports of different companies or any other secondary data sources to gather information. You should support your answers with relevant examples from known contexts/ organizations to elaborate your answers. Minimum of 1015 references should be used from accepted required reading, recommended reading and recommended journals. Referencing should be done strictly using Harvard Referencing style. "Organizations Behaviour is the study of what people do in an organization and how their behaviour affects the organization's performance and because Organizations Behaviour is concerned specifically with employment-related situations, you should not be surprised that it emphasizes behaviour as related to concerns such as jobs, work, absenteeism, employment turnover, productivity, human performance, and management" (Robbins and Judge,2018) 3. Identify the primary characteristics of organizational culture using research framework of O'Reilly, Chatman, and Caldwell (1991) and explain how culture can affect employee commitment in business organizations.
