Some professional growth benefits offered by Microsoft corporations are; financial assistance for tuition expenses when an employee's coursework taken at a regionally accredited institution for college credit relates to the business Microsoft. They offer a range of online and in-person technical, management, financial, and professional development courses to their employees to advance their careers. The company also owns an on-site library and reading room full of reading materials available to their employees. This company's innovative well-being benefits include; up to $1,200 per year for employees' wellness-related expenses to help them get and stay fit physically, emotionally, and financially. These funds can be used for gym memberships or fitness classes, meditation programs, massage, weight-loss program fees, caregiver support, financial advising, and debt management.
