A small business client asks for your advice concerning her desire to bid on a public project in her business area: janitorial services. Before bidding she wants your perspective on the possible award, which will require her hiring of at least fifteen (15) new employees, and likely purchasing two (2) more company vehicles. She also has an existing contract with a supplier for janitorial supplies that will probably need to be amended to accommodate increased use of products, if awarded.
