Mention the different types of consideration and use suitable examples for each, also do point out which type of consideration has exceptions under it. (7) PROBLEM QUESTION 1. Sam wanted to sell his new model of Jaguar car to Matt and he wrote a letter offering the car which was worth $30,000. Matt upon receiving the offer asked whether the price can be lowered to $20,000 as he wanted to strike a good deal to which Sam said no and told him that $30,000 was a fixed price. Matt then accepted his offer and posted his letter of acceptance on 21st September 2019. Sam then received the letter of acceptance on 25th September 2019 at 4 pm and he immediately telephoned Matt at 4:10 pm saying that he no longer wanted to sell the car to him and instead he has already made a contract with Spiderman regarding the sale of the Jaguar car. Advise whether there has been a binding contract giving reference to case law
