2. Beyond identifying dependent activities, the logical relationship between the activities should also be defined. Define one of the four possible logical relationships and give an example of it in either a formal or informal project.

3. There are several techniques for estimating task durations. Why are these techniques important? Identify and describe one of these techniques. Under what circumstances would you use this technique?
