PLEASE ANSWER TO EVERTHING ON THE PAPER NO NEED TO WRITE ON A TABLE. 1. NAME......... 2. NAME...... Thank you

- High power, interested people: these are the people you must fully engage with, and make the greatest efforts to satisfy.
- High power, less interested people: put enough work in with these people to keep them satisfied, but not so much that they become bored with your message.
- Low power, interested people: keep these people adequately informed, and talk to them to ensure that no major issues are arising. These people can often be very helpful with the detail of your project.
- Low power, less interested people: again, monitor these people, but do not bore them with excessive communication.
You are a project manager for 80s Rock Inc., a medium-sized company located in Seattle, Washington. The company has just over 600 employees and manufactures components for low-end guitar amplifiers. Parking has long been a problem at the company with most employees having to park their cars in a public lot several miles away and take a city bus to work. WeJam Inc. was a competitor that owned a small, run-down warehouse located in an adjacent property to 80sRock Inc. Two years ago, WeJam declared bankruptcy and went out of business; the warehouse was left abandoned and unused. Recently, a project has been approved to purchase the former WeJam warehouse, tear down the derelict building, and use the space to build a parking lot with enough space for all employees and visitors to park their cars. The parking lot expansion was the brainchild of Steven Tyler; the Vice President of Manufacturing at 80sRock and he has been championing the effort from the very beginning. Although he is a VP within the company, facilities are outside of his scope of control and Steven has worked hard to convince senior management to proceed with the project. David Coverdale is the CEO of 80sRock Inc. and although he agrees that the parking situation needs improvement, he is very wary of the costs. Duff Mckagan is the CFO of the company and is firmly opposed to the expense; he supports an alternate plan where the company helps to supplement employee parking and bus costs. Since he controls the company finances, the project is sure to fail without his support. Ann Wilson is the head of the employee union and strongly supports the parking expansion project. She believes that allowing employees to park on site will not only save employees money but will greatly shorten commute times by not having to wait for and take the bus to get to and from work. Although Ann represents over 500 unionized employees, she works on the manufacturing line and is not an executive within the company. Skyline Construction is the contractor that has been hired to perform the work. Being a relatively new company, this job is Skyline's biggest to date and a successful outcome stands to generate much more business within the Seattle industrial sector.
