I need to provide a work plan for my internship. I have to document and fully describe the weekly activities, deliverables, and outcomes for success during your Practicum. This should be done in either a Project Management style (using GANTT images to support your ideas) of a report or as a professionally written document that you and your employer have reviewed and will follow weekly.

Each activity must describe the deliverables and then define a measurement for success that fits SMART goals.
