Please create a PowerPoint of 5-8 slides that provide an overview of your progress on your final case review paper and upload this as an attachment.

(1) You should have the company that you have chosen. Please do know that you should choose a company that you have not used in Discussion Boards or assignments more than once. Give us the name of the company and its major business operation/practices.

(2) Please have slides on the four areas of business ethics you will be researching with the company; the four areas you have chosen. These areas are listed in the Final Case Review Assignment.

(3) Please have at least some research information on two of those areas, you can do more if your research is finished. Please also show a definition of the areas you have chosen for the two areas; e.g. corporate governance - what are principles and standards to think about with this area as you evaluate the corporation? Or stakeholder theory, what is stakeholder theory, what areas of stakeholder involvement do you see in your corporation, the stakeholder orientation, the types of stakeholders, etc.?

(4) Please tell us which ethical theory that you believe that this corporation adheres to; does it show a lot of virtuous approaches in Virtue ethics, is there a lot about moral obligations of justice and rightness - Deontology or Distributive Justice or Kant's ethics? Do they have a strong emphasis on indivdual rights and freedoms, or Care ethics? There is also Utilitarianism, how you see benefits over risks, are they narrow or robustly beneficent. If you are profiling a company that is not doing well ethically, please describe which ethical theory that they need to work with more, which should help their ethical practices. Please make sure to describe their ethical approach not only with the name of the theory but a few of its tenets.
